YOUTH PROGRAMS VOLUNTEER
We need a creative person who is passionate about working with neighborhood youth to head up the planning and implementation of summer youth programs. Time commitment and involvement is flexible, so let us know if you have ideas!
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS VOLUNTEER
West Grand hosts or participates in a number of community events each year. We are always in need of volunteers to help with these events. A GREAT option if you are new to West Grand Neighborhood Organization.
Leading Volunteers
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
We are seeking a sociable, dedicated person to fill this important ongoing role at West Grand. We rely heavily on volunteers to accomplish much of the work we do. Managing volunteers takes time and work, and has stretched our staff to their limits. We are looking for a part-time Coordinator willing to take on the task of scheduling, overseeing and following up with volunteers. We hope to be able to pay a stipend for this position.
TASTE OF GRAND RAPIDS VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
The Taste of Grand Rapids is one of our biggest fundraising opportunities. West Grand lines up many of the volunteers that staff the 2 day event. We need someone to help make telephone calls, send out mailings and schedule volunteers. A small stipend may be available for this position.
